Scans of "Petit Etteilla", "Extrait", and a duchess's testimonialrt works by Etteilla and a testimonial

Since I cannot find these small works uploaded anywhere on the web, I do so here. The first, The Petit Etteilla, is from 1791. 

 

The second, the Extrait, may be from the same time, as it was bound with the first, but he says in the beginning that is from the time the second edition of his first book, which would make it 1773. I apologize for the quality; the scans I received aren't much better.

 Finally here is the Etteilla testimonial that he published, purportedly a duchess to a marquis. DDD (p. 79) date it to 1772
